A magyar v\u00e1logatottban 1968. m\u00e1jus 4 -\u00e9n Budapesten, az eml\u00e9kezetes Szovjetuni\u00f3 elleni 2-0 -s magyar gy\u0151zelmet hoz\u00f3 m\u00e9rk\u0151z\u00e9sen szerepelt, ahol megs\u00e9r\u00fclt \u00e9s a visszav\u00e1g\u00f3n m\u00e1r nem tudott p\u00e1ly\u00e1ra l\u00e9pni. Az 1968 -as mexik\u00f3v\u00e1rosi olimpi\u00e1n bajnoki c\u00edmet nyert az olimpiai v\u00e1logatottal, ahol 6 alkalommal szerepelt. Csepelr\u0151l Budafokra igazolt, ahol az 1974\/75-es id\u00e9nyben fejezte be akt\u00edv sportp\u00e1lyafut\u00e1s\u00e1t.
